No matter where you are right now and no matter what is going on you are always being watched over and guided.
The song below has always been a fav of ours, in fact Bri has long said that it will be one of her celebration tunes at her funeral. More recently though we've been playing it a lot more, almost like a mantra of good vibes and happiness.

We may not always show it as we try our best to stay in high vibes, but we too have been hit by the recent turn of events. Bri and Jason also own a cafe (for 11 years) where staff have had to be laid off and at one stage we were looking at the prospect of not being able to reopen.
Not to mention our healing work and retreats here at Spirit Soul Sistas has been thrown into chaos. All of that good work with clients, all of that healing, all of that transformation on hold.
There have been times where it has literally taken our breath away. But that's exactly the thing we need to come back to. The breath.
Breathe. Sit in this moment and know too that it shall pass.
Remember that no matter where you are right now and no matter what is going on you are always being watched over and guided.
The time is now to deepen your connection to self and spirit. The time is now to embrace the new day ahead and see how it is filled with potential.
Day after day the sun and moon continue to rise, and so do we. We were born for this kind of transformation! Everything you need is within you.
So turn off the games, the mindless scrolling, the Netflix and the Foxtel. And sit. Be present with yourself. Be kind to yourself and begin to tune in to the potential that awaits.
Now is the time to dream into existence a new way of being, a new creation for you, your family, for humanity.
