We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within Australia on orders that total $100 AUD or more. For orders less than $100 AUD a flat rate of $12 AUD will be charged for standard shipping (delivery in 6-8 business days). Choose Express Post for a flat fee of $17 (delivery in 2-3 business days). **Refunds** Please note refunds will only be issued for manufacturer faults. Orders can be returned back to us for store credit within 14 days of receiving it. Your store credit is valid for 12 months. To be accepted for a store credit your parcel will need to be postmarked during this 14 day period. Your item (s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn and unwashed, unused and in original condition. The cost of return postage will be covered by you. **Exchanges** Due to carrying low levels of stock we are unable to exchange. We recommend you returning your item back to us, and then using your store credit to place a new order.
